Community Placement Program

A Bright Future Supported Living services program provides quality services to adults with disabilities and mental health issues who desire to live in their own a home. The intent of A Bright Future Deflection Supported Living Services program is to provide life skills training and a structured behavioral management program to persons with developmental disabilities especially those with severe maladaptive behaviors and dual diagnosis. The program also envisions to provide an adequate support for the participant during the transition phase from institutional setting to community supported living setting. In addition, it is the goal of the program to enable at- risk participants to remain in their community placements, to achieve stabilization and to not return to more restrictive setting.

The program will provide community integration opportunities, provide support that will allow all participants to receive services in order to live successfully in their homes , develop greater self-esteem , develop positive and safe relationships, enjoy a safe and healthy environment and receive lower care. The program will complement our excellent standard Supported Living Services to improve participant outcomes.
