Benefits

At A Bright Future, Inc., we are committed to supporting our employees’ financial security, health, and overall well-being. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to eligible team members, with eligibility determined by employee classification, length of continuous employment, and specific plan requirements.

401(k) Retirement Plan

We offer eligible employees the opportunity to participate in a 401(k) retirement savings plan designed to support long-term financial security. Employees may voluntarily contribute a portion of their compensation through payroll deductions, subject to plan terms and IRS limits.
Information regarding eligibility, enrollment periods, investment options, and any employer contributions (if applicable) is provided upon hire or when an employee becomes eligible.

Workers’ Compensation

In accordance with state law, we provide workers’ compensation insurance to protect employees in the event of a work-related injury or illness. Benefits may include:

Employees who experience a work-related injury or illness and who qualify under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the California Family Rights Act (CFRA) may be placed on concurrent FMLA/CFRA leave during the period they are unable to work. Eligible employees may receive up to twelve (12) weeks of job-protected leave within a twelve-month period, subject to applicable law.
